Timothy Harshbarger
Sr. Vice President - Human Resources
Mr. Harshbarger has been Vice President Human Resources since August 2007. Prior to
joining Pike, Mr. Harshbarger spent 21 years at American Electric Power where he held a number
of positions including Executive Assistant to the Chairman/CEO, Vice President of HR Services
& Operations and Director Business Development.
Tim spent his first ten years at American Electric Power in the Nuclear Operations Division
where he provided technical and operational support to the Donald C. Cook Nuclear plant in
Bridgman, Michigan. He has completed the University of Virginia Darden Partnership Program,
the University of Michigan Executive Human Resources program and is certified by the Society
of Human Resource Management as a Senior Professional in Human Resources. He received his
Bachelor of Science from Purdue University and his Masters in Business Administration from
the Fisher College of Business.
