James R. Fox
General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Vice President for Risk Management
Mr. Fox has been General Counsel, Corporate Secretary and Vice President for
Risk Management since 2006. He was previously a partner with Howrey & Simon in
Washington, D.C. and Bell, Davis & Pitt in Winston Salem, North Carolina,
where he spent more than 30 years practicing in the areas of commercial
and securities litigation, arbitration and mediation, and general business law.
Mr. Fox received a JD from the Duke University School of Law, where he was a
member of the Editorial Board of the Duke Law Journal. He graduated from Duke
University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history.
